Ellos Global has an immediate opening for a Human Capital/ Change Management Consultant with Federal Government experience. The individual will perform a wide range of support functions (e.g. conduct research, edit presentations, create and update worksheets, tables, and graphs, maintain project archive, draft procedures, and develop flowcharts) related to project efforts. We are looking for an individual who has project analytics experience, is a team player, detailed-oriented, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate should have the ability to handle multiple priorities and accomplish a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
Location: Position is based out of Washington, D.C.
Minimum Qualifications: Entry-Level Consultant – College degree with 3 to 5 years of Federal government and/or related work experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio). Must have Human Capital or Change Management experience. Communications experience is a plus.
