Employee Engagement Analyst
Ellos Global (E|G) is looking to fill an opening for an Employee Engagement (EE) Analyst. This candidate must be a highly motivated, detailed, results-driven individual, able to work collaboratively with staff of all levels throughout the organization. This individual should be a creative and outside of the box thinker; a team player who can cooperatively and enthusiastically switch between responsibilities at times, in a moment’s notice.
Responsibilities:

Create, enhance and implement initiatives such as, but not limited to; All Hands, Team Building Activities, Awards Programs, Orientations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Perform a wide range of support functions (e.g. conduct research, create and edit presentations, create and update spreadsheets, maintain project tracking).

Develop and maintain Orientation survey and provide data analytics.

Collaborate with the Federal Client Lead on meeting and event(s) strategy and coordination of activities; pull together topics, agenda(s) and presentations.

Conduct regular engagements with the Federal Client Lead to identify pain points, communications needs, creative opportunities, and creative solutions to drive organizational change.

Conduct regular internal and external review sessions for all communications and deliverables.

Coordinate and collaborate with other Employee Engagement Teams to ensure there is organizational cross-functional communication, bridging of gaps, sharing lessons learned and best practices.

Tracking and status reporting of all initiatives on a daily and weekly basis via project management tools.

Meeting with the Federal Client Lead once a week to review and walk through each initiative target dates, risk levels, development status and approvals.
Additional Skills & Abilities:

Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Knowledge of the following tools: SharePoint, Internet Explorer, JIRA and Adobe Applications.

MUST be a US Citizen, eligible to obtain security clearance; current DHS suitability preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Organization Change Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field; and 4 plus years related experience.
