OLGA ARGUELLO
Olga Argüello’s career highlights include public service at the White House, various positions in the Executive branch, Senior Consultant for IBM Global Business Service, and Managing Director of Ellos Global, a management consulting firm she founded in March 2012.
As Managing Director of Ellos Global, she leads consulting services in the areas of business transformation, organizational change management, meeting and event management, and public affairs, among others. Using her experience in leading project management and team leadership efforts, Ms. Argüello and her team continue to support clients within the government, NGO’s, & private entities.
Prior to launching Ellos Global, Ms. Argüello worked as a Senior Consultant for IBM Global Business Service, where she supported clients at the U.S. Departments of Defense, Justice, and Homeland Security. Her proven track record propelled her to become a subject matter expert in project management, organizational change management, human capital, communications, culture assessments, training and team building.
Before joining the consulting world, Ms. Argüello had a long and distinguished career in the Federal government, serving at the White House, U.S. Departments of Defense, Education, and Labor. Notably, at the White House, she was the Associate Director for the Office of Cabinet Liaison, a post that included, among other responsibilities, support for Cabinet members, independent agencies, and other affiliated heads, to optimize communication with White House entities. Ms. Argüello also managed agencies’ portfolios, for which she was responsible to keep the President and senior staff apprised of current and upcoming activities.
Ms. Argüello is a Miami, FL native of Cuban and Nicaraguan heritage. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business from Florida International University. Among her awards, she is the recipient of the Medal of Exceptional Public Service by the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Director of Operations
Hector Argüello, Esq. is the Director of Operations at E|G and oversees all operational aspects across the firm in addition to executive duties including legal, management and strategy – to ensure that short and long term operations remain functioning and meet Ellos standards.
Hector is originally from Miami Florida and attended Florida International University where he earned a Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in Business Management. He then earned his Juris Doctorate degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. Prior to joining Ellos, Hector used his business education and entrepreneurial spirit to start, manage, and ultimately sell his own businesses.
As a member of the Florida Bar, Hector has worked independently and as part of the litigation group for a large law firm, focusing on the areas of real estate law and business litigation. He now applies his business and legal experience to ensure that Ellos efficiently and effectively assists each individual client to reach their respective objectives.
